In a regulatory filing, the company states: “On September 16, 2025, Workday (WDAY) announced that its Board of Directors authorized the repurchase of up to an additional $4.0 billion of Workday’s outstanding shares of Class A common stock. The Share Repurchase Program has no expiration date, may be suspended or discontinued at any time, and does not obligate Workday to acquire any amount of Class A common stock. As of July 31, 2025, approximately $1.2 billion of Workday’s outstanding shares of Class A common stock remain available and authorized for repurchase under Workday’s existing share repurchase authorizations. Workday intends to repurchase approximately $5.0 billion of its Class A common stock through fiscal 2027.”
