Benchmark analyst Mark Zgutowicz lowered the firm’s price target on Wix.com (WIX) to $185 from $230 and keeps a Buy rating on the shares. The Q3 results and outlook support accelerated bookings and revenue growth through year-end, but the gross and operating margin deleverage implied for the second half and 2026 reflect incremental marketing and AI compute/server costs that are well above consensus expectations, the analyst tells investors. The firm now “conservatively” assumes 2026 core revenue grows 8.1% year-over-year, excluding Base44 revenue of $83M, the analyst noted.
