BofA lowered the firm’s price target on Werner (WERN) to $26 from $27 and keeps an Underperform rating on the shares. Citing signs of continued truckload spot rate stagnation and muted demand, the firm lowered its Q3, 2025, and 2026 EPS estimates 10%, 6%, and 5%, respectively.
