Truist analyst John McDonald lowered the firm’s price target on Wells Fargo (WFC) to $100 from $104 and keeps a Buy rating on the shares after its Q4 results. The firm is updating its model with lower pre-provision net revenue estimates in 2026 via lower fees and higher expenses and also incorporates higher expenses and loan loss provision in 2027, the analyst tells investors in a research note.
