BofA lowered the firm’s price target on Vishay (VSH) to $14 from $17 and keeps an Underperform rating on the shares. As more capacity comes online, Vishay will be better positioned to take advantage of the next upturn, but the firm sees the near-term continuing to be weak and sees FY25 free cash flow being negative as Vishay invests in capacity expansion, the analyst tells investors.
