Citi raised the firm’s price target on Virtu Financial to $37 from $32 and keeps a Buy rating on the shares. The firm says the environment was “somewhat mixed” for Virtu in Q3. However, Citi continues to believe the company is well positioned to benefit from an improving fundamental backdrop.
