In a regulatory filing, the company stated, “On January 30, 2026, the Board of Directors of the company declared a quarterly dividend of 70.75c on each outstanding share of common stock payable on May 1, 2026 to stockholders of record of such stock at the close of business on April 10, 2026. This represents an annualized increase of 7c per share, or 2.5%, from our prior annual dividend rate.”
