Truist raised the firm’s price target on Veris Residential (VRE) to $17 from $16 and keeps a Hold rating on the shares. The firm updated apartment real estate investment trust models to reflect the Q4 reports. The net results are small increases to 2025 normalized funds from operations estimates, small decreases to 2026 estimates, and modest increases to our 12- month price targets, the analyst tells investors in a research note.
