Wedbush raised the firm’s price target on Unity (U) to $41 from $39 and keeps an Outperform rating on the shares. The firm notes Unity’s Vector platform expansion ticked higher in the quarter, with accelerated growth anticipated for Q3. However, the growth partially offset declines elsewhere in the business. Wedbush thinks that overall, Unity’s results showed that its ad network is stabilizing overall with limited cannibalization, while Create is likely to return to low growth as the market expands.
