UnitedHealth (UNH) has agreed to sell Banmedica, the company’s last South American business, to Patria Investment for $1B, Tatiana Bautzer of Reuters reports, citing two people with knowledge of the matter. The agreement was signed on Saturday and the company is expected to make an announcement on Monday, the sources added.
