Wells Fargo analyst Stephen Baxter lowered the firm’s price target on UnitedHealth (UNH) to $267 from $306 and keeps an Overweight rating on the shares after hosting a meeting with management. The company appears to be confident in the achievability of reset guidance, the firm says. Wells thinks UnitedHealth is taking the right approach by in many cases adopting conservative assumptions on cost trend/margin recovery.
