UBS upgraded Embraer (EMBJ) to Neutral from Sell with a price target of $69, up from $44. The firm cites the company’s scarcity value, “strong” backlog and improved fundamentals for the upgrade. Embraer posted better than expected backlog in its commercial division over the past 12 months along with than expected margins and pricing, the analyst tells investors in a research note. UBS sees the shares as fairly valued at current levels despite its higher estimates.
