A New York court has found enough evidence to continue with the defamation lawsuit filed by Grifols (GRFS) against short seller Gotham City Research, Reuters reports. The Federal District Court for the Southern District of New York rejected Gotham City’s request to dismiss the lawsuit, but did narrow it by rejecting some claims.
