Morgan Stanley analyst Betsy Graseck raised the firm’s price target on U.S. Bancorp (USB) to $52 from $51 and keeps an Overweight rating on the shares. After an 8% EPS beat on reserve release and fees, the firm is increasing its 2025 EPS forecast by 9c, or 2.1%, to $4.39 mainly on higher fees and lower provision, partially offset by lower net interest income and higher expenses.
