Toyota Motor (TM) announced that TMC decided to tender a part of the common shares of KDDI (KDDIY) held by TMC in the tender offer for treasury shares by KDDI, which was resolved at a meeting of Toyota’s Board of Directors. The number of shares to be tendered will be 64,102,500 common shares at a tender offer price 3,900 yen per share so that the total amount to be sold will be 249,999,750,000 yen, according to a notice from Toyota.
