Toyota (TM) is exploring the possibility of investing in a potential buyout of parts supplier Toyota Industries, which could reportedly cost $42B, Maki Shiraki and Makiko Yamazaki of Reuters reports. Two sources familiar with the matter said Toyota Industries is considering tapping Toyota, its group companies, and major banks to fund a buyout.
