Benchmark analyst Reuben Garner lowered the firm’s price target on TopBuild (BLD) to $375 from $445 and keeps a Buy rating on the shares. TopBuild reported “solid” Q4 results last week and new guidance for FY25 “paints a similar picture to the quarter,” with full year sales expected to come in roughly flat absent any M&A, the analyst tells investors. The firm sees “as much uncertainty in the space as there has been in some time,” so it is lowering estimates for this year and next year, the analyst added.
