UBS lowered the firm’s price target on Toast (TOST) to $50 from $55 and keeps a Buy rating on the shares. Toast provides initial FY26 commentary suggesting at least 20%+ recurring gross profit, strong core U.S. restaurant margins, and investment behind longer-term growth within its growth markets, the analyst tells investors in a research note. UBS believes Toast is set to benefit from a combination of FinTech pricing and a degree of complementary SaaS pricing going forward.
