The firm notes the company delivered a mixed initial F2026 guide as it views implied Core EDA growth as somewhat disappointing / below expectations. With line of sight to term loan debt repay, focus remains on driving Ansys (ANSS) synergies and visibility into EDA growth re-acceleration, says Wells.
