RBC Capital analyst Mike Dahl lowered the firm’s price target on SiteOne Landscape (SITE) to $130 from $136 and keeps a Sector Perform rating on the shares. The firm is taking a more cautious view on the company’s second half of 2025 volumes given the housing and macro uncertainty. While tariffs may support modestly better pricing, demand erosion and commodity price headwinds present risks to the outlook and potential for an eventual downward revision to the guidance, the analyst tells investors in a research note.
