Oppenheimer analyst Brian Schwartz raised the firm’s price target on ServiceNow (NOW) to $1,150 from $1,100 and keeps an Outperform rating on the shares. The firm notes ServiceNow delivered a beat-and-raise for Q2 that exceeded investor expectations. In Oppenheimer’s view, ServiceNow continues delivering strong sales execution and profit margins. In addition, the first half of the year CRPO outperformance combined with the Q3 CRPO guide lends good support to the upside potential to 2026 consensus estimates. Last, the company is executing well and entering the second half of 2025 with spending tailwinds and prioritization with AI and back-office software to sustain a good execution trend.
