BMO Capital analyst Keith Bachman lowered the firm’s price target on ServiceNow (NOW) to $170 from $175 and keeps an Outperform rating on the shares. The company delivered a solid if unspectacular Q4 and FY26 constant currency subscription revenue guide, net of M&A, the analyst tells investors in a research note. BMO adds however that the stock’s trading range over the near term will serve as a harbinger for software stocks given what was a solid quarter/guide compared to an attractive free cash flow valuation.
