As of April 29, 2025, Semler Scientific held 3,467 bitcoins, which were acquired for an aggregate $306.1M at an average purchase price of $88,263 per bitcoin, inclusive of fees and expenses and had a market value of $330.6M based on the price of bitcoin. On April 15, 2025, Semler Scientific entered into a Controlled Equity OfferingSM Sales Agreement with Barclays Capital, Cantor Fitzgerald, Canaccord Genuity, Needham & Company, Craig-Hallum Capital and Lake Street Capital pursuant to which it may issue and sell from time to time up to $500.0M of its common stock in an ATM offering. From April 25, 2025 to April 29, 2025, Semler Scientific has issued and sold 559,000 shares of its common stock for aggregate net proceeds of approximately $19.5M under this sales agreement.
