Wells Fargo raised the firm’s price target on Seagate (STX) to $450 from $360 and keeps an Equal Weight rating on the shares. The firm notes the company’s continued strong gross margin trend, 4TB/p HAMR ramp in Q3, and forward demand / pricing visibility drive shares higher. Estimates continue to increase with focus on path to over 50% gross margin, Wells adds.
