BofA lowered the firm’s price target on Scorpio Tankers (STNG) to $42 from $52 and keeps a Neutral rating on the shares. The firm lowered its Q1 revenue target 14%, Q2 by 16%, and full year 2025 and 2026 by 9% each, driven by LR2 and MR product tanker rates that ended Q1 a bit softer than prior estimates and at a level the firm believes has continued into early Q2, the analyst tells investors. BofA lowered its Q1, 2025, and 2026 EPS estimates 45%, 25%, and 30%, respectively, the analyst noted.
