Citi analyst Michael Rollins raised the firm’s price target on SBA Communications (SBAC) to $265 from $250 and keeps a Buy rating on the shares following the Q1 report. The company provided “encouraging commentary” on domestic leasing activity, including the potential to end up at the higher end of the range for new leases and amendments during 2025, the analyst tells investors in a research note. The firm says SBA’s backlog improved for both domestic leasing and services.
