BMO Capital lowered the firm’s price target on Samsara (IOT) to $48 from $57 and keeps a Market Perform rating on the shares. The company’s Q4 results were solid, with good net new annual recurring revenue growth and mostly consistent commentary on sales trends and pipeline, the analyst tells investors in a research note. BMO adds however that the management’s notes suggesting flat free cash flow margin for FY26 – which is beyond general macro uncertainty impacting Samsara’s industrial customers – adds a bit more complexity to the investment story in the near-term.
