BMO Capital analyst Daniel Jester lowered the firm’s price target on Samsara (IOT) to $47 from $54 but keeps an Outperform rating on the shares. The company returned to form and navigated the tricky tariff environment with a good quarter that delivered annual recurring revenue growth of 30% with near double-digit y/y EBIT margin expansion, though the firm is reducing its price target to reflect “lower comps”, the analyst tells investors in a research note. BMO adds however that the recent pullback in the shares creates a more attractive risk/reward, with evidence of improved growth likely to emerge over the coming quarters.
