Salesforce (CRM) and ServiceNow (NOW) are each in advanced discussions to invest roughly $750M apiece in AI software company Genesys Cloud Services, Bloomberg’s Liana Baker, Ryan Gould, and Brody Ford report, citing people familiar with the matter. After the investments, Genesys would be valued at approximately $15B, the authors say, noting that a deal could be announced as soon as Thursday.
