Sabre (SABR) is looking into the sale of its hospitality software business SynXis, in a deal that could be valued at over $1B and help the travel technology provider cut its debt, Reuters’ Milana Vinn reports, citing people familiar with the matter. The company is working with Evercore (EVR) to gauge interest from potential suitors, including private equity firms and competing software makers, the author notes.
