Stephens lowered the firm’s price target on Redfin (RDFN) to $11 from $12.50 and keeps an Overweight rating on the shares. At a high level, the company delivered Q1 revenue that was nearly identical to consensus, while delivering better-than-expected profits, but did not host an earnings call and did not provide its usual granular level operational details due to its pending acquisition by Rocket (RKT), the analyst noted.
