Mizuho raised the firm’s price target on Realty Income (O) to $59 from $54 and keeps a Neutral rating on the shares. Concerns of a trade war and slowing economy are likely to weigh on equity markets over the near-term, but Mizuho tells investors in a research note that “this is exactly the type of backdrop” in which Triple Net stocks can work and attract new capital. Names with traditional safety features — without the need to raise any additional capital to reach and potentially exceed acquisition and growth targets — should be net winners, the firm says.
