BofA lowered the firm’s price target on Progressive (PGR) to $336 from $337 and keeps a Buy rating on the shares. The company’s June performance may serve as a “positive retention inflection”, though the beat was partially offset by a higher expense ratio and its catastrophe ratio of 3.2% was marginally higher than the BofA estimate, the analyst tells investors in a research note.
