Truist raised the firm’s price target on Postal Realty Trust (PSTL) to $18 from $16 and keeps a Hold rating on the shares. The firm increased its 2025 FAD estimate by 4.7% and its 2026 estimate by 5.9% as the company benefits from marking expiring leases with no rent escalators to market. The cost of equity is still not attractive relative to acquisition yields, but it is close enough that the blended cost of capital allows for accretive investments, the analyst tells investors in a research note. The firm added that if the stock price improves a little more, it could unlock additional upside as the investment yield spread and stock liquidity improve.
