Barclays raised the firm’s price target on Philip Morris (PM) to $205 from $175 and keeps an Overweight rating on the shares. The firm thinks the company can now “secularly grow” its revenue at 8% and earnings at 12%, which would suggest a 30-times earnings multiple if the tobacco discount fades.
