UBS lowered the firm’s price target on PG&E to $17 from $19 and keeps a Neutral rating on the shares. UBS remains on the sidelines amid a delay in a permanent wildfire fund fix to next year as well as concerns around affordability in the state, the analyst tells investors in a research note.
