After the Hebrew-language Calcalist said that “industry reports” indicate that Israeli cybersecurity company SentinelOne (S) is in advanced negotiations to be sold to Palo Alto Networks (PANW), CNBC reached out to both companies for comment. Palo Alto said there is “no truth” to the rumor, according to CNBC, which noted on air that it is waiting for a reply from SentinelOne.
