BofA analyst Rafe Jadrosich lowered the firm’s price target on Owens Corning (OC) to $214 from $230 and keeps a Buy rating on the shares after the company reported Q4 adjusted EPS of $3.22, which was ahead of the firm’s $2.99 forecast due to better revenue and margins. Management guided to Q1 ongoing revenue growth of mid-20 percent year-over-year and low 20 percent EBITDA margin, notes the firm, which lowered its 2025 and 2026 adjusted EPS forecasts by 8% and 2%, respectively, to reflect the exclusion of Glass Reinforcements and a weaker doors outlook.
