BofA analyst Rafe Jadrosich lowered the firm’s price target on Owens Corning (OC) to $168 from $180 and keeps a Buy rating on the shares. The firm cut its 2025 and 2026 EPS estimates by 6% and 7%, respectively, to reflect lower roofing volume and insulation margin headwinds from increased downtime, the analyst tells investors. Fewer storm events and tough comps could pressure roofing, says the firm, which lowered its roofing volume forecast to down 4% year-over-year in 2025 from its prior expectation of up 1%.
