NuScale Power (SMR) announced the appointment of Shahram Ghasemian as Chief Legal Officer and Corporate Secretary, effective June 30. He joins NuScale from Centrus Energy (LEU), where he most recently served as Senior Vice President, General Counsel, Chief Compliance Officer, and Corporate Secretary.
