Lewis Critelli has announced his retirement from the Board of Directors of Norwood Financial (NWFL) and its subsidiary, Wayne Bank, effective September 16, 2025. The Board of Directors announced the appointment of Dr. Andrew Forte, current Vice Chairman of the Board, to Chairman of the Board, as well as director, Kevin Lamont, to Vice Chairman of the Board. The Board also announced the appointment of both Marissa Nacinovich, D.M.D. and James Shook to the Board of Directors
