Barclays analyst Brandon Oglenski lowered the firm’s price target on Norfolk Southern (NSC) to $320 from $340 and keeps an Overweight rating on the shares. The company’s Q4 Results were weaker than expected “but not shocking” as management had highlighted a soft volume environment, the analyst tells investors in a research note. The firm continues to see long-term value in Norfolk Southern’s combination with Union Pacific.
