Wells Fargo analyst Chris Carey lowered the firm’s price target on Newell Brands (NWL) to $4 from $5 and keeps an Equal Weight rating on the shares. The firm believes the reaction in Newell’s stock price reflects concern on visibility given the step-change in revenue and margin guidance and the impact on high leverage. Wells thinks it’ll take time to gain more comfort here and its lowering estimates.
