Elon Musk’s SpaceX and xAI are looking to merge into one company, Alexander Saeedy and Berber Jin of The Wall Street Journal reports, citing people familiar with the matter. While SpaceX executives have begun telling some investors about the planned tie-up, it is still possible the merger won’t happen and talks could fall apart or Musk could decide on a different path, the sources added.
