UBS raised the firm’s price target on Molson Coors (TAP) to $63 from $58 and keeps a Neutral rating on the shares. Molson Coors reported a solid end to 2024, well above consensus estimates, driven by stronger organic revenue growth and favorable below-the-line items, the analyst tells investors in a research note. While UBS is encouraged by the print and sees a path to the company delivering on its targets in the case of an improving environment, it appears more back half weighted, and thinks it is difficult to argue that the outlook embeds ample flexibility.
