Truist analyst Terry Tillman raised the firm’s price target on Microsoft (MSFT) to $675 from $650 and keeps a Buy rating on the shares. The firm is confident that the company can sustain strong momentum associated with cloud and AI secular growth drivers, while benefiting from a growth-enhancing halo effect across a multitude of its individual infrastructure, data and app businesses, the analyst tells investors in a research note. Sustained strong cloud growth at scale and growing AI demand capture can lead to at least low teens double-digit revenue, profit, and cash flow growth over an extended period, Truist added.
