Wolfe Research raised the firm’s price target on Micron (MU) to $300 from $200 and keeps an Outperform rating on the shares. The firm, which notes that DRAM and NAND spot average selling prices are up 4.5 and 2.5 times year-over-year, respectively, raised its FY26 and FY27 estimates given the “major jump” in demand in commodity memory that has emerged from AI growth.
