Meta is set to face a trial next week in a lawsuit brought by the state of New Mexico accusing the company of exposing children and teens to sexual exploitation on its platform and profiting from it, Diana Novak Jones of Reuters reports. The lawsuit was brought by New Mexico Attorney General Raul Torrez and claims the company allowed predators to access underage users and connected them with victims.
