Bernstein lowered the firm’s price target on McCormick (MKC) to $85 from $87 and keeps an Outperform rating on the shares. The firm notes McCormick’s organic sales growth guidance for FY26 was below the consensus forecast, which was perhaps not surprising given recent weakness in scanner data in the U.S. And the EPS guide of $3.05 to $3.13 was 4.3% below consensus estimates of $3.23 at the midpoint, which explains the stock move, Bernstein adds.
