While Q2 GB was essentially in line with Street and EBITDA 4% above, Q3 guide implies organic GB +11% year-over-year at midpoint vs. Street’s +12% with EBITDA $1M below, the firm notes. Also implies a 1-point deceleration vs. Q2 +12%.
